The Right Reverend Juan Alberto Morales, OSB – Ninth Bishop of Quincy.
Bishop Morales was enthroned at St. Andrew the Apostle, Peoria, IL on September 18, 2010 by The Most Rev. Robert Duncan, Archbishop, Anglican Church in North America. Bishop Morales is the Abbot Emeritus of St. Benedict’s Abbey and continues his monastic vocation.

Deacon J. Payton Wieland
Payton is a cradle Anglican, having been baptized and confirmed in St. George’s Episcopal Church in Belleville. He holds a Master of Arts in Religion, with an emphasis in Christian History and Theology, from Trinity School for Ministry in Ambridge, PA. Prior to seminary, Payton also completed the four-year lay ministry program, Education for Ministry, offered through the University of the South (Sewanee). Payton holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, as well as a MS in Engineering Management from the same institution. His secular employment is with the Boeing Company, where he has been for 28 years. He is currently a Senior Manager/Engineering Skills Manager for Structures Technology, overseeing people, processes and tools for a department of approximately 350 engineers.
Deacon Dave Byer
David was a cradle Episcopalian baptized and confirmed at Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church in Evansville IN. He holds a BS degree in Biology from Indiana State University. He completed a 4 year lay person Education for Ministry (EFM) program through the University of the South, was certified as Mentor and facilitated classes for two years. At age 35, David was commissioned as Lay Vicar of the Episcopal Church of the Ascension and served there as Lay Vicar for ten years. During that time he also served as the Wyoming Diocesan Youth Camp Manager. In 1999 Peabody Energy Corporation transferred him and his family to Saint Louis. He was received into the Anglican Church of North America in 2009. He is currently pursuing a Master in Theology at Andrews Hall Seminary through their distance learning program. David is married to his lovely wife Debbie and they have a son, two daughters and three grandchildren.
Deacon Dan Kinkead is the lead-minister of the Mission of St. Francis; a local mission of the Diocese of Quincy focused on bringing the Gospel in Word & Deed to the needy, the marginalized and homeless in our community. He is also the Life-Coordinator of “Anglicans for Life – St. Louis”; where the group has been a constant witness, holding a weekly prayer vigil at the Local abortion clinic in St. Louis City. This work has seen lives saved & the Gospel preached, as they partner with other pro-life groups to see the holocaust of abortion end in our time. He is married to his lovely wife, Miki Kinkead & together they feel blessed to serve the Diocese, Bishop Morales & the people of Christ Anglican Church!
